Please pray for upcoming trip to India.
6/3/09
Praise Update: God met all needs as He
always do. Payne's Bay Pentecostal Congregation, Courtney and Daisy Ford and my cousin Tyrone Haynes gave us a donation each
that paid for one trip to all the island and Andes and myself
split the cost of the other tickets. We had 20,300 tracts to
distribute and we distributed all on 6 islands. We completed two
1/2 hour radio broadcast which was aired on 97.5 Monday June
29th at 9pm and Wednesday July 1st at 8:30pm which was paid for
from the donation of Philip and Victoria Ryder. We were given an
apartment to stay in during our stay in Barbados free of charge.
We also received accommodations in Grenada and St. Lucia free of
charge. We had to pay for hotel accommodations in St. Vincent
but the hotel manager knowing that we were missionaries gave us
a generous discount. We also had the privilege of speaking in 7
congregations (Pentecostal, Methodist, Anglican, Wesleyan,
Baptist and Independent) in the islands, participate in an open
air service in the Barbados Bridgetown Fish Market Complex,
preach on a bus in Carricou, encourage residents in St. Jude
Nursing Home in Barbados and distribute tracts and pray for
patients at Victoria Hospital & Soufriere in St. Lucia.
Catch The Wave Ministries Needs:
Need air fare to St. Vincent,
Grenada and St. Lucia and back to Barbados. Each flight is
roughly $350 and above. Need funds for radio broadcast on
Barbados $250 per half hour ( Praise God! Philip & Victoria
Ryder contributed for 1/2 hour) and we desire to have 4 half hour
sessions (Thank you Queen McGary and Mary McGee for your
contributions to help with this, Andes has raised enough for two
1/2 hours sessions) we only now need $100 to have all
four 1/2 hour session paid for. Need cost for ink to print 20,000 tracts $146. We have a
place to stay in Barbados and St. Lucia but need funds for the
other islands but we stay in very inexpensive hotels. More than
anything we need your prayers.

treatment and that they passports will be gotten in a timely
fashion so not to hinder care. Pray for finances for her
sister's family who will be bearing the expense of care.
Catch The Wave Ministries Needs: Laptop,
camera (PRAISE GOD - on loan from Paul Wynne), and ticket to the
West Indies in June on missions ($700 Barbados Praise the
Lord! I got a round trip ticket for $474 - my cousin Beverly
Moriarty contributed a portion), $350 St. Lucia,
$350 Grenada and St. Vincent $350) Need funds for air time

I received information about one small
building for my "Catch the Wave School of Skills and Art." We
can hire a school for $1100 for 5 years with no monthly rent. On
the hand hand for a small building we need $500 and $160 per
month rent. I have found as second best opportunity. Please pray
for this and If this building offer is from God, then certainly
God will raise someone for this, otherwise we will go to another
option for the school building. There is one more option
for own land for school with $200 per month installment in Eden
land. you can learn more from
http://www.edenhousing.com.pk/Home.htm
But there is time for everything and this is just our
current prayer request for "Catch the Wave School of Skills and
Art"

What Do You
See
Robert
Tosumbira
Dear Friend in
Christ,
What do you see? What you see depends on what you are looking
for or at; you may have a long face because you are looking
inward, at your self. All that you can see is your faults, your
short comings, your failure and your sins because you are sinful
and you feel the guilt of sin. and you should, but wait, The
Bible tells us to not look at the things that can be seen but
the things are not seen.
You can see the sins of men and especially yours with you
natural eye but Paul tells us to look at the things not seen,
which can only be seen by the eye of faith. The Bible tells us
that we are made "perfect in Christ" Can you see that? No! But
if we believe that Word of God is truth and it tells us that we
are made perfect by faith in Christ, then we are perfect in
Christ in spite of the fact that we can't see how it happened.
What are we looking at? Our selves, if we can only see with our
natural eye, we are of all men most miserable. But if we see
with our eye of faith the perfect holiness of God and His
righteousness, which He has given to us as a gift, we should be
the happiest people in the world. We should rejoice for His
great love for us, we should be giving thanks over and over and
shouting the Good news from the house tops. Let us not dwell on
what we are but let us focus on what a Great God we have, on His
great Love, on his Great Grace, on His Wonderful Mercy. Let us
exalt His great Name.
How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation?
Here in Uganda I saw many people of all ages lying on a pallet
under a shade tree, dying from Aids, nothing but skin and bones,
barely alive with any hope. What you see with the natural eye is
a picture of sin and the result of sin but there could be hope
if someone would humble themselves and tell those people about
Jesus and His great love for them. Would you care the Good news
to a lost and dying world? There is nothing that you could do
that would please God more. Please Read Ezekiel 33:1-20 and
respond this.

From Wladimir Pikman - Berlin
Some German
Messianic congregations in Berlin are asking the body of
Christ worldwide to pray
for Israel. “ Instead
of being nervous about the political situation in Israel,
let's pray in the name of Yeshua for Israel's peace,
the Lord will know the solution in this matter
better than the politicians …”
Join us
for daily prayer at 9 am and 9 pm during the next 3 weeks!

Pakistan Situation 12/29/08
"As far as India Pakistan matter is
concern, it is not easy to jump into war for both of them as
both have atomic power and there will be big destruction for
both of them.
On the other hand, there are still
chances of war for both countries, and ultimately it has to
be. China don't want the Indian army or America in Pakistani so China will fully support Pakistan for war. On the
other hand, with the efforts of Saudi Arabia and the United
States the matter is cooling down but both countries are not
ready to draw their forces away from the border. I daily hear
military practice in the air nowadays showing that we are on
red alert. People are praying and we hope the matter will
soon cool down."

Christmas in Israel, and rockets fall
like the rain
Something is happening in the land in which
Jesus was born, and to the people God chose to send Him to, that
I really believe you should know about.
Normally you would have been notified through the regular email
service; and I would have posted about this on the Jerusalem
Watchman website. Problems with the site have forced me to take
it temporarily offline, however, leading me to resort to this
form of a special announcement instead.
In the past few hours, as millions of Christians have been
gearing up for Christmas, many turning their attention to the
story of Jesus' birth and what it means for mankind, rockets
have been raining down on Israeli communities in the south. At
least 60 missiles fell today - Christmas Eve - some pulverizing
bedrooms and falling just meters away from playgrounds - sending
tens of people into shock and distress.
Thanks be to God no Israelis were killed today. There could so
easily have been.
Tonight, as I write this, Christian children around the world
are lying in bed, many wide awake with excitement at the thought
of what tomorrow may bring.
Here, in the Israeli cities of Sderot, Ashkelon, Ashdod and
Beersheba, and in all communities within 30 km from the Gaza
Strip, thousands of Jewish children are lying awake in fear and
dread of the next Red Dawn alert that will send them scurrying
for shelter.
Angels came to Bethlehem's shepherds heralding peace on earth
and bringing glad tidings of great joy that a king, the King of
the Jews, had come. But for the Jews of southern Israel - and
indeed of all Israel - Christmas promises no joy, no let-up from
the violence and hatred they have known for so long.
"Oh, it serves them right. For after all, they rejected Jesus."
This the callous response of some who call themselves
Christians, but who in their hearts completely lack the
compassion and love of they One they claim to follow.
Thousands of years and thousands of miles removed from what
Israel's people have gone through in the past and are going
through today, the Christian world - whose faith was born in the
Land and among the People of Israel - is quite capable of
enjoying "its" Christmas Day and laying plans for "its" New Year
without any reference whatsoever to Israel.
Christmas Day promises no cheer for Israelis in the Negev. And
2009 holds little apparent hope for Israelis, wherever they may
be, as the world, with a new American leader at its head, comes
against Israel in an effort to wrest away from the Jews the land
and patrimony of their founding fathers.
If I may impose on you, dear Reader, please consider giving
Israel and Israelis just a few minutes of your thoughts and
prayers before you get swept up in the festivities.
May God bless you and yours in the coming year. May He be
glorified in Israel. And may the Lord bless His people with
peace.
Amen!
