Recently I have been hearing much on the topic of 'Transfer of
wealth" from unbelievers to believers. I have heard this
preached and taught so much that I was beginning to wonder with
the economic crisis what in the world were people talking about.
I didn't doubt I just wasn't buying everything people were
saying. I think it was because I really wanted to hear people
speak about how it would be done, how the wealth would be used
and I wasn't hearing it.
Recently the Lord started speaking to my
heart on strategies on how to finance my ministry. I was resting
one morning on the first day of a ten day fast when I awoke
startled by a dream that was so lifelike - it was more of a
vision. I was standing outside and having fallen forward, I
was suspended over a small sink hole. I felt myself falling further
and further into the hole but fear wrestle me back. I felt if I
would only let go of fear and allow myself to look into the hole
I would see unimaginable things. Fear got the best of me and so in
a swoon I got up and went into the house. I was in the kitchen
where it
was quite bare. There wasn't even so much as a stove to cook on
or food in the pantry to eat. I felt myself go weak and then
fall to the ground but not quite hitting the ground. My sister
came into the room and asked me what was happening but I couldn't
say anything. I recovered my strength and went back outside where
I found myself at a sink with two compartments. One was loaded
with dirty dishes and the other was empty. I remember taking the
dishes rapidly out of the first sink and placing then in the
next one because that sink had begun to overflow with
water. I tried to stop the water but could not and so it began
to overflow. My sister once again showed up and asked me what
was happening and I merely said "I don't know" and then I woke up.
Soon after that vision my sister actually
called me and as we began to speak I mentioned to her that I had
this weird vision and when I mentioned I was falling into a sink
hole she let out a gasp. Then she asked why I said "sink hole" of
all the words I could have used to describe the situation. It
was actually more like a dent sinking in but not breaking up. I
continued to relate my vision to her and then she stated that
earlier that morning she also had a vision of a sink hole and of a
hole over flowing in a small town and flooding it out. I've always asked God to confirm
what I hear and what I see. I pondered for a few days what it
all could mean as I was praying about how I would obtain my funds
for my African mission trip only a month away.
A few days later I went to church and my
pastor brought the teaching that morning from 11 Kings 3:15-20.
It reads as follows:
[15] And he said, Thus saith the Lord, Make
this valley full of ditches. [17] For thus saith the Lord, Ye
shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley
shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your
cattle, and your beasts. [18] And this is but a light thing in
the sight of the Lord: he will deliver the Moabites also into
your hand. [19] And ye shall smite every fenced city, and every
choice city, and shall fell every good tree, and stop all wells
of water, and mar every good piece of land with stones. [20] And
it came to pass in the morning, when the meat offering was
offered, that, behold, there came water by the way of Edom, and
the country was filled with water.
The word of God says we prophesy in part and
we understand in part. I know why this is so. It is so that we
do not run off half cocked thinking we have all the pieces to
the puzzle and make a mess of things. The part that we receive
is intended to give us hope and fill us with expectation. God is
moving and He has an expected result for our situation. The "part"
is to give us a foundation to build on and to help us remain
patient and calm while God work the details out. Often the
purpose is that He is preparing us to accept His will and His
way of doing things for us. I know in my case this is true. As I
see God's plan gradually unfold I realize that He is also
equipping me to handle the details of what He is about to bestow
upon me. He is making me into a good steward. He is teaching me
to be resourceful and resilient. He is aligning me with the
right people and getting me ready for the appointed time of
delivering to me the tools that will assist me and also assist
others. God does not bless us to be a blessing to ourselves only
but so that we can also bring up the body in total.
God also uses the time we spend waiting
patiently on Him to demonstrate what He plans on doing by
opening similar doors of confirmation. I had recently added a
brother from Israel to my website as a means of giving him hope
and purpose. He was homeless at the time but by gosh he had a
viable ministry on my website. Then I went to Peru and my friend
from Singapore was in need of getting her ministry out there and
I gave her the same opportunity. Before I left Peru I had made
the same offer to another friend in the ministry. By the time I
got home I had three individuals added to Catch the Wave
Ministries. I had dug a ditch and didn't realize it and God was
filling it. I saw no wind and I saw no rain but God filled this
ditch and I didn't even realize that it was a ditch. By the time
I got home to New Mexico I began to receive invitations from
Africa to go and preach the word of God. Soon that little ditch
began to spill over to over flowing. Today a friend whom I have
been in ministry with called me to provide me with a resource to
help in my ministry. Finally everything began to make sense. She
had a ditch to be filled and I was able to fill it.
The truth is, I have a difficult time asking
people to contribute to my ministry. I am not one of those
people that can stand in front of others and tell them what I am
going to do and then say, "If the Lord leads you, please help me
fulfill this vision." No! That is definitely not me. But I can
dig ditches. I have no problem with down right dirty hard labor.
I love the smell of sweat and I love to see at the end of the
day something that I have accomplished. I love to know
that I have put my hands to the toil and labored for a cause.
Since that vision the Lord has laid it on my heart to purchase
copies of my CDs and begin to gather copies of my books and to
complete my
latest book, Debunking Generational Curses, that has been on the
shelve since I left on missions in October 2007. Off and on for
some time I have felt pangs of regret that I had not the time
nor was I in the country to pursue the publication of this book.
After recent discussions with pastors in Africa and Pakistan I
finally realize why things were on hold. Each book must have an
audience if it will go anywhere. I found my audience in other
countries who have been struggling with the issue of
generational curses. I even received an additional blessing to
have my book translated free of cost into another language. I had a ditch dug and God was waiting for the appointed
time to fill it in ways I could not have imagined.
You see, when we dig ditches it is not only
for us but for others as well. Sometimes we dig ditches and
others fill it and sometimes others dig ditches and we fill
them. That is how it works. Patience! So what has this to do
with a transfer of wealth? It is not always the way we see it.
Many people believe that wealth is only in the form of money,
but God has shown me that wealth is in the form of whatever God
says is of value to Him. I recently created a video and someone
questioned why I used a secular song rather than a Christian
song. My response was, "The earth is the Lord's and the fullness
thereof, the world, and all they that dwell therein," Psalm
42:1. Everything in the earth is God's. A Transfer of wealth is in
every area of need. If we limit God's intervention to money only,
we shall reap nothing but trouble. In other words the same old
way the same old stuff. Nothing will change! I believe God has
already begun His transfer of wealth but we are too blind to see
it. We have a tendency to see every negative situation as just
that, negative. We must learn to retrain our eyes to see things
God's way. I am sure Israel's enemies saw them digging holes and
thought them stupid or bewitched. No wind and no rain clouds
were seen. Yet the ditches were filled. That is how God works so
that He can have the honor and the glory. "For thus saith the
Lord, Ye shall not see." We don't see how He comes but He comes.
I did not see how I would raise my much needed funds for Africa
or to wherever He will send me, because I was looking for the
wind and the rain. God turned my attention to the ditches that
had long been dug - my CDs, t-shirts, books, and doors to speak and
other strategies that I did not think of. He
is placing people in my path to which the doors are wide opened.
I do not know if I will make it to Africa or if I shall return
to Israel instead but my focus is now on the ditches being
filled and when the time comes I will see clearly the right door
to enter. I have long ago learned to write my desires in
pencil so that God can erase and write in pen his indelible
plans.
Wealth is being transferred but your eyes
must be opened to see how and when. Many churches are closing
because they are unable to make budget. Many ministries are
laying off employees because they can't afford the overheads. We
have built facilities to large to be maintained in a recession.
People are disappointed in the institution of churching because
even now they are realizing that they are still hungering and
thirsting for the truth of the gospel. Believers are finding
themselves enabled and not prepared for what is to come. They
are looking for another way. There is no other way but God's
way. They have found that after years of paying tithes and
offerings into churches their investment have reaped nothing
spiritually or physically. The church did not provide food or
shelter. The church did not help pay the rent, utility bills or
the medical bills. But we read in the book of Acts that all the
needs of the believers were met. "Neither was there any among
then that lacked: for as many as were possessors of land or
houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were
sold. And laid them down at the apostles' feet; and distribution
was made unto every man according as he had need," Acts 4:34-35.
You see, this is a biblical transfer of wealth. We take what we
have and we do unto the body of Christ as is righteous and then we can
expect a turn over from other areas. We must first prove to be
good stewards of what is in our possession. Then we can take
back the rest. Yes He will increase our wealth.
The church has been in debt to banking
institutions far to long. We need to take care of the widows and
orphans around us. We need to make sure that every member of the
body of Christ has food and shelter and clothing and their needs
are met. We have been warehousing church buildings far to long.
We put them in costly storage Monday to Sunday mornings. God
will give us new strategies for the coming years and it will not
be what most people are expecting. Many believers will return to
New Testament home churches. Many others will drive around in
cars, vans, and trucks that will serve as the new church
buildings. They will distribute food, clothing, bibles from the
trunk of their vehicles and
preach right from the hood of them. Many others will
have food banks and clothing banks and soup kitchens operating
right out of their homes. They will be no need for social
service agencies because the church will finally get it right
and provided the services like we were commissioned to do. Home
churches will dot communities with no additional overhead cost
to the home owners or members. There will be no competitive edge needed in
home churches because as soon as one gets its members discipled
they will go off and start their own. They will evangelize,
disciple and release!
So where is the wealth? It is in every area.
The body of Christ will get creative and do amazing things never
done before. The thing of greatest value to God is the human
soul. Transfer of wealth - the harvest. He also values our work
ethics and the faithful will have no qualms in laboring because
each day they will see their accomplishments. They will see
where every dime goes, where every piece of clothing is donated
to, they will see the hungry being fed and the sick will be
visited because we wouldn't be shut in by four walls. God has
already given into our hands the tools we need to make a go at
missions. There will be a spiritual famine in the land and so
people will be seeking real spiritual food and it will be found
of the remnant that have produced quality tools to encourage and
edify the brethren. The wealth is in what you
already possess and have buried. Dig your ditch and recover
your wealth. God has showed me my wealth. From this He will add
to it. With my one talent I shall reap ten and with my ten I
shall reap twenty.
A believer friend called me this afternoon to
put me on to a program that will take some of the wealth away
from the world and will help me and your ministry. I have added a CVN (Christian
Value Network) link on to my website. By registering on this
website and selecting a Christian ministry to donate a portion
of the sales to, you will help fund many ministries. We have
dumped billions of dollars into retail stores over the decades
and have not reaped anything in return. It is time for us to
reap some of the benefits from our purchases. We have to find
creative ways to recoup what we give out to the world. When you
buy why not buy so that believers can benefit. This link will
put you in touch with helping ministries that have a sincere
heart for the harvest. You will be able to purchase many of your
day-to-day products from this site.

I hope you will all consider allowing God to
stretch your imagination for His kingdom. Use what He has
already given you. Share information with other believers (see
mom on missions for ideas). Share
your website, your home, your intellectual properties, your
wealth and watch God do His thing. The transfer of wealth starts
first with what each of us have. Let us do something different.
Let charity start first at home.
My products are available on this website on
the store link. Proof of my works is also posted on my travel
journals and all my intellectual properties are displayed here
on many of these pages. If photos are not included it is only
because I feel a sense of responsibility for what I place on my
website. I will not put someone's photo on this site if I think
it will cause harm to them. We are our brother's keepers.
When I travel and encounter ministries that truly tug at my
heart and I have proven them to be true to their work I post
here and encourage those who feel lead to support them. You have
no idea what extending a webpage to someone can do for a person
who has a desire to serve but no way of doing so. Catch the Wave
Ministries is truly that, Catch the Wave Ministries. It
is not just mine, it is anyone that have a heart for the lost
and need a way to reach them. Reaching them also means stirring
you up to pray for others, support others and finding the
courage to go and do likewise. This is real wealth - inspiring
others to defeat their fears and Goliaths.
